Associate – Houston, TX
A professional degree in an accredited program is required. Working knowledge of industry standard programs is required such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite. We’re looking for someone with a working knowledge of building and zoning codes and an understanding of how to locate regulations as required. 1 year of design and technical experience is required.

Project Manager – Houston, TX
A professional degree in an accredited program is required with substantial and varied experience in all phases of architectural projects. Working knowledge of industry standard programs is required such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite. We’re looking for someone to demonstrate thorough knowledge of building and zoning codes and an understanding of how to locate regulations as required. 7-10 years of design and technical experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing personnel is required for this position.

Interior Design Director – Houston, TX
This position manages multiple projects, provides oversight at all stages of pre-design, design, bidding, construction documents, specifications, construction administration and purchasing, and participates in the production of design documentation as needed to ensure quality control and project schedule. They are responsible for meeting with clients to establish the vision for a project then expressing/translating that vision through plans and renderings. They are responsible for determining the project scope, identifying all applicable building code restrictions, and ensuring interior designs fit within parameters defined by the client and building codes. They are responsible for preparing presentation and design drawings to Principals, Partners and Clients. They are responsible for coordinating interior design efforts with consultants and directing staff in the production of conceptual through issue for permit packages including specifications. Project responsibilities could be exclusively interiors or working with a Project Manager on the interiors portion of an architectural project. They must be able to evaluate workload and distribute work to interior design staff based on needs. They must perform office administrative tasks such as developing companywide standards, reviewing timesheets and review/approval of vacation requests. They are responsible for management and mentoring of interior design associates and participate in interior design staff performance reviews, evaluations, recruiting and mentoring employees. A minimum 8 years of commercial interior design and technical experience to manage projects in multiple phases is required.
