Project Manager:

This role is primarily in-office. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems and delivery methods, the ability to work in a team environment with consultants and taking responsibility for the complete integration of design and technical aspects of a project. Architectural registration is preferred, but not required. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects and all project efforts. They will be providing oversight at all stages of pre-design, design, bidding, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration. Role responsibilities include participation in the production of design documentation as needed to ensure quality control and project schedule. They must review drawings and creation of red-lines as required for quality control. The ideal candidate will provide oversight of multiple projects while leading Associates and guiding the project through all phases towards a successful conclusion. Oversight includes leading regular client meetings, ensuring proper notes are recorded, supervision of Associates and Consultants, assigning tasks to Associates, and mentoring staff. They will be working with the Principal(s) as the primary client liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. They must be capable of performing a quality control review. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, technically skilled, and a strong communicator. Design Associate:

This role is primarily in-office. The Design Associate must demonstrate basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop and InDesign. We’re seeking an Associate with primary focus in the conceptual and schematic phases of a project. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing analyses of design, planning, occupancy studies and limited design layouts. They’d be responsible for generating hand drawn and computer generated sketches, site plans, and renderings. Other responsibilities might include, but are not limited to, creation of meeting minutes and interpreting redlines and markups. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, technically skilled and a strong communicator. This is a full-time position for someone with three or more years experience.
