900 Winston is a 5-story, 55+ community; located in the Heights, serving low-income seniors who earn 30-60% of the Area Median Income; 102 of the 114 units are designated as affordable. We designed this community for residents to enjoy a community dining room, fitness center, pool, and more; health and financial education are provided to residents as well.
This vibrant, colorful building has the perfect view of the Downtown Houston skyline while being centered in the Heights, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping options.
The City of Houston continues to add to its affordable housing inventory. Thanks to the partnership between the Houston Community Development Department and Magellan Housing, with the use of Hurricane Harvey disaster relief funding, this multifamily complex is successful with 100% occupancy!
