Retail to Hold Medical Tenants

This development will serve as a medical plaza for the Spring area along Birnham Drive and Rayford Road. Future plans include an orthodontic office, Space City Orthodontics, while the other spaces remain for reserved future medical tenants.

This new construction, 8,000 square foot retail space will have Nichiha fiber cement board accents, which intends to give the building a modern design.
