This 2023 HBJ Landmark Finalist serves low-income seniors who earn 30-60% of the Area Median Income; 102 of the 114 units are designated as affordable. We designed this community for residents to enjoy a beautiful view, community dining room, fitness center and pool. Health and financial education are also provided to residents.
